Has it been almost 6 months?!?

Holy Moly! I can't believe that it has been almost 6 months since I have updated this thing! We have been crazy around our house but as I sit down to write this I find myself wondering what have we been up to? Well one big thing is that Megan turned 5 in May!2004

2009

She has become quite the little lady and is very excited about going to kindergarten in the fall. Her birthday party was at America's Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College and the had a private animal show and got free run of the zoo.

Meg will be attending Kindergarten at a little catholic school right next to my work and is excited because she will be wearing a uniform. It is the same plaid that I wore in high school so she thought it was funny that we would be the same.

Megan took private swimming lessons for the month of June and we are now proud to say that she is a swimmer.

In June we also had Megan's dance recital. I was not a big fan of the outfit that they chose but she liked it because it was a great twirling dress.

Erin has been being the same carzy little girl that we all love. She is in swimming lessons along with Megan and loves the water. Her favorite thing to do is jump in and go underwater.
We have also been spending time at DCA and Disneyland and having lots of fun!
I promise to keep this updated more often (I know, I said that before).

Erin is 2!

Well, it is official, our baby is now a toddler. Now for those of you that know Erin she is far from "toddling" she is living up to her nickname "Tornado". We started off the birthday weekend with a family party complete with an Abby Cadabby birthday cake made by Auntie Anne Marie.

Then on her actual birthday (Monday) she had a party at her Mommy and Me class with all of her friends and they had cupcakes and she got to do a felt board cake. She loved being the center of attention.

Then that night we went to Grandma's house and had another cake. This time she showed off how old she is.

Then we went to her 2 year old check up and the doctor was surprised that she said more than 50 words. I laughed and said if she only said 50 words our house would be much less noisy! The report from the doctor said she was great and in the 90th percentile for height and weight.
Next, to make it through Valentine's day...
